What can Online Coaching do for you?
If nothing else the COVID era gave us the possibility and comfort of online everything. Some aspects of life became better for it and coaching and training is one of those areas. Now you can truly pick the coach you resonate with and do your training from the ease of your home. Sometimes it is easier to create a habit with less obstacles, so in your house all your have to do is prep your clothes the night before and set your alarm. Your training could be waiting for you on your phone and you can get started with just nothing.
Is this an individualized program?
Yes! On our first meeting online we go through your health history, your goals, a thorough movement assessment, and a few sample exercises to test out what work best for you. The plan we create will be highly personalized to you and your goals, starting from where you are at, building towards where you want to be utilizing methods you can actually keep and do. The best plan is the one you stick with.
How does it work?
Of course you have options: You can choose a 4-week program for starter or you can commit to the full experience and maximize the results in 12 weeks. Either way we will bring out the best from the program and strive for the results you want.
The 4-week program starts with one online consultation/assessment where we map out what would you need the most and what would bring you the biggest benefit. Following we send out your 4-week program and check back with you every week how is it going. There are no phone/live consultations with the 4-week plan, we can email back and forth and send videos if needed.
The 12-week program is broken up into 3 phases of 4 weeks. Each phase will focus on a different movement quality based on your existing capabilities and your goals. Following the assessment we send out the first phase of training plan and check in every week to see how things have changed or if we need to modify anything. It is a continuous co-creative process, because even though we have the tools to get you to your goals, you need to get there yourself, we will help you find a way through all obstacles let it be physical or mental.
